What do you do with a couple of egg whites???
9 to be exact...
Whenever I make tiramisu, Im always stuck with the leftover egg whites.. the time I made tiramisu was when I was in Brissy, and I ended up making countless yolk-less cupcakes haha... cupcakes were coming out of my ears by the time I was done with them...
So this time, I thought I would try making meringues.. well hahah seems like 9 egg whites gets you a lot of meringues haha.. got to buy some strawberries now cos crushed meringues, ice-cream and strawberries are amazing together.. (:
