Went for my first couple of classes for the year yesterday.. very first class was rather interesting I must say... Applied Sport and Exercise Science.. its basically work experience but not quite the same as you would have imagined it to be. We are all given a client each (like a real sports person), to work one-on-one with, help improve his or her sport either through biomechanics, psychology, nutrition or physiology.. Its really fascinating cos we get to use what we have learnt and apply it on a real person.. Use the machines and all... there was a wide range of sportmen/women to be handed out and it had to be at random.. so guess what sport I got... I dunno if someone up there is trying to pull a fast one on me or what.. but I was given a female golfer.. well I choose to think that Ive got a slight advantage cos I know a few things about it.. But we'll see how it goes.. am just excited to be working with a real client and applying what Ive been studying over the last 3 years...
Anyways.. on another note, got this off Amy's facebook.. thanks for taking the picture (:
*im sorry you've got to go through what you are going through now, but you know I'll always be here if you need someone to talk to (msn/call). Be strong.
