Paris Day 2
Had an early start to the day as we had lots to see... First stop had to be the Eiffel Tower. We were there as soon as the gates were opened. Being lazy buggers, we took the lift all the way up to the top floor haha.. didn bother with the stairs.. (:

Had a great view of Paris... Beautiful day... Breathtaking views...

Specially made our way to this bakery that was famous for its fougasse (special kind of french bread) had our lunch on a bench right beside the road.. wasnt the best place for a lunch picnic haha but it was the only place we could find...

Next stop - Arc de Triomphe another iconic landmark which stands proudly at the top of the Champs Elysees

Boulevard Champs Elysees - lined with shops like LV, Gucci and what have you.. haha awefully posh street (:

Walked past Angelina's along Place de la Concorde which was famous for its Hot Chocolate... really really rich hot chocolate..

On our way to The Louvre... some arch facing The LOUVRE hee..

Third stop of the day - The Louvre, the world’s most famous art gallery, home to Mona Lisa

Had to get a picture with Mona (:

Any idea who this is?

Aphrodite - The Goddess of Love

The museum was holding an exhibition on Babylone as well so we went to have a quicky look...

Next and final stop - The Pompidou Centre, home to Paris’ modern art museum. The museum s famous for its unique architecture...

We had a hard time looking for a place to eat that night... finally came across this place selling mussels... so that's what we had haha.. mussels, mussels and more mussels.. Its amazing how a bucket of mussels can fill one's tummy but boy was it yummy (:

Angel's shoes were giving her a hard time, and with all the walking we were doing and were going to do, she decided to get a pair of flip flops. Her feet were really painful by the end of that day.. (: the amount of stares she got from the french haha...
