Wednesday nights are gathering nights for International Students who go to the uni. SOooo, my flatmates and I went along to see and meet other students as well.. Jess and I wanted to find more asian ppl who were in the uni haha.. We like to hear how they talk and try to guess where they come from. The bar that we were suppose to meet in was sooo packed. Didn knoe that there were so many of international students.

So my flatmates and a group of us decided to head down to the nearest pub. THink it ws called The COunting House.. Nice cosy place.... the best thing was the sold HOT CHOCOLATE!!! haha... here's a pic of what everyone else had including my empty mug of nice creamy hot choc.. ohh it was the best....




On Thursday, Jess and I didn really plan on what to cook, we ended up cooking maggi mee with tons of cabbage and carrots. haha as a self-proclaimed carrot hater (nasty stuff) i didn want any in my noodles. So poor Jessica ended up with all the carrots and I ended up with most of the cabbage. haha. And after we realised our bowls were too tiny to fit everything in, we had to eat our noodles straight from the pot. JEss said she was use to it coz she went back-packing for a month before coming here, but it was my first time eating from a pot. haha really amused me.. hee...



Oh the other pictures are of Valentina (the italian gal who cracks me up all the time), and mr balloon who always seem to end up in my room... hmmmmm....

Friday was a long day for me.. long dry boring lectures the whole day. Yikes... Missed my graduation so I didn have to miss my first lectures sobz... Came home and had Steph running up to me saying," You got a package! You got a package!!" haha think she was more excited than i was. hee.. didn have a clue who it was from coz Jon said he would send the stuff after he came back. When I went to the village office to collect it, it was a package from him!!! I was sooo excited!!!! hehee... Inside was filled with my fav candies.. hee... and loads of other special surprises.. It really made my weekend.. Thanxs baby.. (there are onli 4 rolls of haribos left, ate some while i was studying today) =)



Weekend is here.. more studying to do.. Pizza party on Sunday cant wait.. Homemade pizza hmmm.. will tell u more abt it!!

CSI fanatic....

HELLO!!!! (See making an effort to keep blogging!!)

Haha I juz went to my FIRST ever class at uni today and it was my elective class so it had nothing to do with my course as well... The lecture was on Introduction on Forensic Science.

Being an avid CSI watcher (I so am), the lecture was pretty interesting haha.. eventhough i was copying notes like mad (trying to be nerdy i guess haha), the facts were pretty interesting.. the lecturer (who was a very very boring person, spoke in one tone for all 2 hrs) kept telling us not to watch the show saying its all bluff haha.. said everything they did was wrong haha...(I dun care! I still love the show humph)...

I learnt how to collect evidence, bag evidence, to call who and wad haha i tot the show really helped me haha.. wish there was such a course in Singapore would have taken it instead maybe haha... juz got to watch CSI everyday and learn a bit here and there... hehe...

It was quite funny coz at the start of the lecture the lecture theatre was like jammed packed with ppl, but after a 10 min break haha it was half empty!! I'm serious!! haha...

Gloomy day in Glasgow today sobz... I miss the sun... Colder as well.... Got to wake up like damn early tmr, my campus is like so damn far tmr.. ahhh got to take the uni bus there.. hope i dun over sleep..

Candy Galore....

Went for a walk wif my flatmates Steph and Jessica yesterday and came across a fair or market or whatever u call it. The street was filled with different things, from carpets to food to candies haha... Jus look at them.. so many colours... *slurp* After that we walked to the weekend market and stumbled across this shop selling lingerie hahaha.. thought it was quite funny.. selling magic knickers haha no idea what they are... When i saw a foie gras sign i couldn help but stop and take a picture of it hehe... (reminded of u baby...) horrible stuff... haha and that's Jessica 'posing' beside the sign post for lingerie.. hee... *winks*

Just came back from the laundry place actually haha.. so many students and so few washing machines.. but to be fair they are huge haha Jessica and me had too little clothes to wash haha.. Steph had like a big bag so her machine was full, ours were like half empty.. good also that means dun need to wash that often haha... *yippee* haha got to save a lot of clothes den go wash... hehe..

Now all I need is more pictures of everyone so I can make more haha... Anyways, better go check on my clothes haha in case it has shrink or something haha... or someone steals it.. hmmm
